The goal or "black belt" in the Freaky Flexibility program is to earn your full split club patch. If you already have a full split you WILL develop the leg strength necessary to hold and lock your kicks in a forms competition. This will in turn make your kicks faster and stronger.

This unique class meets once per week for a 1/2 hour and is devoted to developing FREAKY FLEXIBILTY and Super Leg Strength.
