Your Cardio Kick Instructor:
Personally trained by our Senior Master, Sharon Serdinsky is a seventh degree Black Belt and eleven-time National Taekwondo Champion. A former member of Team USA's International Competition Team, Mrs. Serdinsky won five Gold Medals at the 2003 World Championships and in 2010 was a Gold Medalist at the G.T.U.K. World Championships held in Edinburgh, Scotland. In addition to Taekwondo, Jiu-Jitsu, and teaching Cardio Kick, Serdinsky also enjoys full contact kickboxing and is currently undefeated. As a competitor, she is highly regarded as an excellent technician. As an instructor, she is a known for her motivational skills and ability to inspire all students to reach their fullest potential.
