If you’re looking for a program that can improve your fitness level and provide “real life” self-defense techniques, but you don’t have time to commit to a formal martial arts instruction program, Cross Training is the perfect solution. Specially designed for both females and males that are 16 and older, our Cross Training Self-Defense Class (CTSD) teaches a unique blend of martial arts that includes a variety of disciplines such as Taekwondo, Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, Wrestling, Aikido, MMA Ground & Pound, Muay Thai, Boxing, American Kickboxing, and Knife/Gun Defense.
There are no belts, no Taekwondo or Jiu-Jitsu uniforms, and no formal testings. CTSD focuses on getting you into the best shape of your life, while at the same time having fun in the relaxing and dynamic environment of our world-class training facility. The class meets twice a week, but since there are no formal testings, if you only have time for one class a week, you will still reap the benefits.

This is the first time we are offering this type of training to all adults and not just Black Belts. Class size is limited to 30 students right now.
